NSPCC Speak Out, Stay Safe Workshop
We were delighted to have a visit from the NSPCC yesterday to deliver their ‘Speak Out, Stay Safe’ workshop to some of our students. The NSPCC programme helps children to understand that they always have a right to feel safe, and that they can speak to a safe adult or Childline if they ever need help or support. It discussed children’s rights, what's OK and not OK, and what to do if they're ever worried or scared.
Thank you so much to the NSPCC volunteer, and mascot Buddy the speech bubble, for delivering such a valuable workshop. Helping to support children to feel empowered - knowing how they can speak out and stay safe.
